1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using The Pas application, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. License to Use Application
The Pas grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use this application for personal, non-commercial purposes, provided you maintain all copyright and other proprietary notices. This license does not include the right to use any names, logos, or trademarks of The Pas.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate account information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Use the application only for legal purposes
- Not interfere with or disrupt the application or its servers
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the application
4. Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all fishing logs, journal entries, and data you provide to The Pas. By uploading data to our application, you grant us a license to store, process, and analyze this data to provide and improve our services.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall The Pas be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the application.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Pas is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no guarantee that forecasts or recommendations will result in successful fishing trips.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your account and access to The Pas at any time, for any reason, without notice.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the application. Your continued use of The Pas following any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
